My story...
Photography has been part of my story for as long as I can remember.
Long before digital cameras and smartphones, my parents introduced me to photography through the simple act of looking through a viewfinder. They showed me that photographs aren’t just images, they’re moments frozen in time. They’re the laughter, the milestones, the quiet in-between moments that we often don’t realise are special until years later. That lesson has stayed with me throughout my life.
Today, that early spark has grown into a deep and lasting passion. While photography isn’t my full-time profession (yet!), it is something just as important to me. It's a creative outlet that allows me to slow down, reset, and see the world differently alongside the demands of a corporate career.
When I pick up a camera, my perspective shifts. I’m drawn to a wide range of subjects — from the natural beauty and detail of the world around us, to the emotion and significance of life’s most important moments, to simply helping people see themselves at their best. Whether it’s nature, people, or once-in-a-lifetime events, my approach is always the same: be present, be intentional, and capture what is real.
Photography may be a hobby for me, but it’s one I approach with passion, care, and respect for the moment I’m capturing and the people connected to it.
In many ways, every photo I take is also a quiet tribute to my parents — the people who first showed me that photography isn’t just about taking pictures. It’s about preserving life as it happens.
Thank you for stopping by.
